How have your studies helped progress:

I started self-taught - thousands of hours of trial and error at home. The IPCS program took me from amateur to professional. The most useful pieces were surfactant chemistry and how to build a proper foaming profile, microbiological controls, and stability testing. Beyond the chemistry, it gave me the confidence of knowing the work behind every product was real, not improvised.
