What makes Cooleeme special:

My mission is to make products truly sustainable. As we have a big problem with plastic, I developed body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in single-use size tablet format. Although solid products are becoming more popular, I found solid bars sold in a paper box still need additional items such as soap dishes, soap mitt, etc. Solid bars are also not easy to travel with. Keeping wet bars requires waterproof bag or container to pack for traveling, and they get mushy. Single-use tablet eliminate not only plastic packaging, but also the need for those extra items.

How have your studies helped progress:

As tablets are not common for personal care product, it was hard to find a chemist and manufacturer that I can rely on. I needed to develop concept and finished products myself and the study materials helped me to make sure the products are compliant and have longer shelf life (still in progress).
